Dinair sources aircraft from operators with current safety auditing such as ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO. Audit status is disclosed alongside each quote.
Tail-specific registration, maintenance status, and insurance documentation can be requested prior to confirmation for any aircraft offered.
Quotes are itemized to show base flight cost, taxes, and fees. Surcharges that may apply — overnight, de-icing, international handling — are disclosed before confirmation.
Federal excise tax, segment fees, international permits, and airport fees are included in the total estimate where applicable and remain subject to operator confirmation.
Dinair acts as an air charter broker and marketplace. We do not operate aircraft. The operating carrier of record is disclosed in writing prior to flight.
Passenger information collected for manifest, customs, and operator coordination is shared only with the operator selected to perform your flight and authorized authorities where required.
Each quote includes operator-specific cancellation terms. These vary by aircraft, route, and time-to-departure. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing prior to contract.
Operators maintain hull and liability insurance customary for their certification. Certificates of insurance can be made available on request prior to confirmation.
Flights arranged through Dinair are operated by licensed third-party air carriers/operators. Dinair facilitates charter requests, quote comparison, and client support. Dinair is not an air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft.
